The BISA 2025 Annual Conference housing block at The Diplomat Beach Resort is currently open. The BISA housing link will be included in your registration confirmation email. You must register for the conference in order to receive the housing link.
Even if you are a member, you are responsible for booking your own room.
Reservations are available at the group rate of $389 per day + taxes/fees until Tuesday, February 4, 2025 or until the housing block is sold out, whichever comes first. Beginning Wednesday, February 5, 2025 hotel rooms will be available at the prevailing rate.
Note: As of January 23, 2025, the BISA room block is sold out at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood. Additional rooms are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hollywood Beach for a discounted rate of $239/night + taxes/fees, located at 4000 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019, down the street from The Diplomat Beach Resort. You will receive this housing link in your registration confirmation to book at the DoubleTree.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a potential Diplomat room on Tuesday night, please email gmanternach@bisanet.org with the subject line: "BISA 2025 Annual Conference - Waitlist." Our team will add you to the list and keep you updated on availability.
The Diplomat Beach Resort requires a credit card to hold the room. Your card will not be charged for a deposit upon booking. Please note, a $125/per day hold for any incidentals will be placed on your card upon check-in. Should you not charge any incidentals to your room, this hold will be released upon check-out.
Full payment will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.
Financial Institution Members who are eligible for complimentary hotel nights will not be responsible for covering the group rate and tax, but will be responsible for covering any additional nights, room upgrades, and incidentals. In order to secure your reservation, you will need to book your reservation via the link in your registration confirmation email by Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Once your eligibility is verified and your membership is confirmed to be in good standing, BISA will let the hotel know to charge up to two room nights (Wednesday, March 5 and Thursday, March 6) at the BISA room block rate to BISA’s Master Account. Please note that you will need to provide a credit card at the time of booking in the event of a no-show. You will be responsible to cover any incidentals, room upgrades, or additional nights. IMPORTANT NOTICE
Unauthorized housing companies may contact BISA exhibitors and attendees and identify themselves as being affiliated with BISA. BISA has no affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. In fact, we have had reports from other groups that many of these companies are scamming attendees by tacking on undisclosed service charges, failing to make paid for reservations, and other questionable business practices.
